I would like to share 𝐅𝐈𝐕𝐄 Do-able Tips to Improve your Health and Wellness:
⃞No more mindless eating (too many other hobbies to do- goal setting, etc.).
⃞ Look for opportunities to get in movement.
⃞ Increase your fluid intake based on your schedule. If you have limited breaks during the day, set a timer. Water is a MUST!
⃞ Zzzzzzz's are a definite MUST !
⃞ Try on a fitted outfit, and each week, measure inches lost with a tape measure.
Remember, everything about your health and wellness doesn't come down to a number on a scale!
